“The world we deserve doesn’t exist yet. Let’s build it together.”

About Me

I’m a diversity, equity, inclusion consultant with a focus on helping people and companies build a better world. I’ve worked with companies both big and small across technology, media, finance, education, and nonprofits.

I help organizations and individuals create and implement solutions that foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. My mission is to empower and inspire people to embrace their identities, leverage their differences, and thrive in the workplace.

With 9+ years of experience in DEI, leadership development, and project management, I’ve had a hand at creating and implementing strategies and workshops to leading global companies, such as Salesforce, The Rockefeller Group, and the New York Times - Games. I am also a featured DEI expert and guest speaker on various media platforms, such as Fortune Diversity and Inclusion, Business Insider, and the NASDAQ Venture Equity Project.

I am also incredibly passionate about sharing what I know to help develop the next generation of leaders across Asian Pacific Islander American communities and the DEI profession. There is so much work to be done, and it will require all of us to build the world we deserve.
