A real estate firm known worldwide sought a holistic audit and assessment of their culture to understand key wins and areas of opportunity relevant to DEI.
I facilitated 30+ hours of focus groups with employees, and examined all aspects of systems for recruiting, hiring, performance evaluation, etc., which I used to provide recommendations.
